"Probably at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, and of the amendment to it now under consideration [the first amendment], the general if not the universal sentiment in America was, that Christianity out to receive encouragement from the state so far as was not incompatible with the private rights of conscience and the freedom of religious worship. An attempt to level all religions, and to make it a matter of state policy to hold all in utter indifference, would have created universal disapprobation [condemnation], if not universal indignation [outrage]. It yet remains a problem to be solved in human affairs, whether any free government can be permanent where the public worship of God and the support of religion constitute no part of the policy or duty of the state in any assignable shape."

Are you wondering “what is Biblical Christian Solutions in Government (BCSIG)”?

In short we are very similar to Founding Father Alexander Hamilton's Christian Constitutional Society.

Hamilton formed the society to elect people to office who would support the Christian religion, and the US Constitution.

In a similar way our ultimate vision is to advocate for, defend, and advance Biblical ideological values in law, public policy, and culture. We seek to do this through education, lobbying, and as a secondary purpose (and as a primary purpose of a future sponsored sister organization) through identifying candidates who:

follow Jesus and have a Biblical Christian worldview;

support, with integrity, the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution; and

understand, will apply, and support God's law, word, and purpose as the rightful foundation for the content of all law, government, justice, and liberty.
